How it Works

Choose from over 10 fantastic scent options, or go with our "Unscented" version if you'd prefer none at all. Deciding can be tough, so we back every fragrance with our 100% Scent Satisfaction Guarantee, giving you peace of mind either way. Browse the complete scent lineup and descriptions here.

Choose Your Crop Style
Pick from our available cropping styles, and our skilled design team will take care of shaping your image accordingly. Got something specific in mind? Just select "Other" and tell us exactly how you'd like it cropped. You can view all cropping styles and what each one involves here.

Submit Your Picture
Send us a picture of a loved one, a pet, or anything else you'd like featured. Right now each air freshener supports a single uploaded image, but don't worry — if that photo includes several people or subjects, they'll all appear in the final design unless your cropping notes say otherwise.

Hang It Up
After you give the green light, we'll finish producing your air freshener to match your chosen specs and get it shipped out promptly. Clip it onto your rear-view mirror and start enjoying a scent that was made just for you.

Dimensions
Every custom air freshener is cut to match the shape of your cropped photo, with a maximum size of 3.25" x 4.00".

Printed on Both Sides
We use top-tier printing to apply your image to both faces of the air freshener. Because the piece is die-cut to a custom shape, one side shows a mirrored version of the design to keep everything aligned.

Fragrance That Lasts
Expect 1-2 weeks of noticeable scent once in use, depending on conditions like airflow and temperature. Kept sealed and unopened, they'll hold their fragrance for several months.

No Bulk Requirements
We skip the Minimum Order Quantity most competitors require — each air freshener is packaged and sold on its own, so you can order just one if that's all you need.

Shipping & Delivery

Production & Shipping Time
Since every item is custom-made to order, how long it takes to ship out depends on how many orders we're currently processing. You'll find an estimated delivery date listed just above the "Add To Cart" button for orders placed today. Keep in mind that's only an estimate — we're not able to guarantee exact delivery dates, since production timing and carrier handling can both introduce variability given the custom nature of each piece.

Choosing a Shipping Method
At checkout, you'll pick how you'd like your order shipped. This choice only affects the delivery method itself, not how quickly your order gets made — every order is produced in the sequence it was received, and we work to get everything out the door as fast as possible.

What Shipping Costs
Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the method you choose, your delivery location, and the weight of your order — typically landing somewhere in the $4-$6 range.
